M V S Satyanarayana is Chief Executive Officer of SSS HR Management Consultants. He was awarded the Y. Raja Reddy Gold Medal for topping the University. He worked in manufacturing, service & corporate sectors in wide spectrum of industries like Publishing, Chemicals, engineering, shipping, and telecom, FMCG & Textiles in different senior capacities for over 27 years in both Indian and MNCs. He is a certified lead Auditor for ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems and also served as Management representative for getting Quality Management system certified for the organization. He has gained expertise in benchmarking the HR systems, HR architecture, processes, HR value engineering, strategy, Technology change Management, employee Engagement activities etc. Has expertise for the start up HR departments, which is perceived as an opportunity to bench mark the systems. Was instrumental in initiating many CSR activities during the tenure.

He travelled widely abroad in Asia and Europe on various professional assignments and has been representing India at global conferences. That experience has enriched his access to heterogeneous working culture, and team work. His career is dotted with Many Best Employee awards and promotions.

His passion for knowledge gaining and teaching has prompted him to deliver lectures in Management and engineering colleges so that the expertise gained over years is properly dissipated to benefit the HR professionals in particular and society at large. He is passionate about developing more leaders as he believes that “Developing more leaders is an important trait of a true leader”.

He is currently working as a Management consulting in helping few companies in operating their HR function successfully.
